Controller

3 jobs · updated 2026-09-09

At this size the controller is often the whole accounting department. Agents fit the high-volume, rule-bound work: reading invoices, matching them to commitments, coding them to cost codes — with the controller approving, not typing.

What holds today: AP invoice extraction and first-pass coding against the job cost structure. What does not: anything touching cash or compliance — payment release, lien waiver acceptance, tax filings — stays human, always.
