Project manager
A PM at a $5–10M GC runs three to six jobs and drowns in documents: submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, change orders. Agents are useful here as tireless first readers — they don’t manage the project, they read faster than you can.
What holds today: first-pass submittal checks against specs, drafting RFIs from a marked-up detail, summarizing OAC meetings into action lists. What does not: anything that commits the company — approvals, notices, schedule promises — stays human.
